– operates on the basis of a specific Data Processing Agreement with the Data Controller;
– the data transferred to the USA will be processed and not transferred to The Rocket Science Group, LLC which, therefore, will act as external manager of the processing.
IV – Processing methods and data storage times
The processing of your data is done in a computerized manner, even if it is not possible to exclude potential treatments on paper. The data collected through the website forms will be kept for the time necessary to respond to your requests. In the event that there are regulations that require more time for storing the data collected, this legislation will be respected. The cookie data will be stored for the period of time set for each individual cookie.
With particular regard to the Newsletter service, the data you provide (email address) will be processed as long as you have given your consent. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good purpose, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing.
